Select three workshops in order of your preference. If a workshop does not fill or the instructor must cancel for any reason, you will be enrolled automatically in your 2nd choice, or 3rd choice, or you may choose another workshop. If you do not elect a 2nd or 3rd choice cancellation fees will still apply. You may change workshop choice up to 60 days prior to the conference. Changes after that date will be assessed a $25 change fee.
A Deposit is required to hold a “Wait List” position, but is refundable if student doesn’t get in workshop.
We make good faith commitments to our facility, teachers and vendors. Thus, if you cancel your registration, the following Cancellation Policy applies:
Your Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after May 31st.
A $50 Cancellation Fee will be assessed if you cancel your Registration before May 31st.
Balance of Conference Tuition is due by August 31st.
No refunds of any Tuition paid after August 31st.
We encourage you to obtain Travel Insurance.
You may transfer your tuition to another person.
Once we have received your registration, we will call you to make arrangements for the payment of your final balance.
