We make good faith commitments to our facility, teachers and vendors. Thus, if you cancel your registration, the following Cancellation Policy applies:
- Your Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after May 31st.
- A $50 Cancellation Fee will be assessed if you cancel your Registration before May 31st.
- Balance of Conference Tuition is due by August 31st.
- No refunds after August 31st.
- We encourage you to obtain Travel Insurance.
- You may transfer your tuition to another person.
AQT and the facility are not responsible for any illness, injury, loss of property, etc., while you attend AQT. You will be asked to sign a document of understanding as part of your registration on the day of arrival.
